Launched in 2005, Hip Opsession is one of the leading European festivals entirely dedicated to hip hop culture. Led by the association Pick Up Production, it associates the best of local actors with the aim of promoting the richness of hip hop and all of its disciplines: music (rap, DJing, human beatbox, beatmaking ...), dance ( break, pop, lock, house ...) and visual arts (graffiti, photo, video). Work in collaboration with CLACK

Our intervention :

Organizers of festivals are sometimes overwhelmed by the amount of tasks necessary to run a perfectly smooth event. Community management is a time consuming activity that can be good to delegate especially for the management of direct livestreams. Filmed and broadcasted on France 3, the Hip Opsession battles are also transmitted live on the Facebook and Youtube page of the festival. With more than a dozen crossposts on Facebook pages coming from hip hop communities all over the world, we were responsible for moderating livestreams in various languages on multiple different pages at a time. Thanks to the important online presence of the festival, we were able to rapidly have personalities like Cypress Hill share the content.
